Nutricare has been an innovative and disruptive force in this established category, winning numerous awards globally – of particular note they have recently won the Victorian 2019 Telstra Business of the Year award.
In July 2019, anticipating a phase of exponential global growth, their founder James Dutton engaged Emu to conduct a search to identify a technically astute CFO with sharp commercial acumen who would be able to contribute at a strategic level in this scale-up phase.
In October 2019, Luke Leviston joined Nutricare as CFO. Luke’s experience from PwC and Lovisa equips him with the technical, commercial and leadership skills to build a world-class finance team, and provide commercial decision-support as Nutricare develops exciting new products and expands their global footprint.
Redbubble is a global online marketplace for print-on-demand products based on user-submitted artwork. The company was founded in 2006 in Melbourne, Australia, and also maintains offices in San Francisco and Berlin.
In November 2019, Emu was engaged to search for an experienced Strategic Pricing & Promotions executive with the capability to create this new function at Redbubble, establishing their pricing architecture and strategy, and leveraging deep analytics to deliver actionable insights across the Leadership Team. In April 2020, James Wadden will assume this position, on-boarding remotely.
James was the Group Pricing Manager at Swisse Wellness. He is well positioned to help Redbubble drive business growth through pricing, promotions and proactively managing product performance across all markets, categories and products.

In June 2019, Emu was approached to conduct a CFO search to replace Matt Parker, their incumbent CFO who was leaving after 4 successful years’ driving business transformation and building a platform for sustainable growth.
Emu identified and assisted with the appointment of Domenic Romanelli in September 2019. Domenic brings to the business an outstanding track record, having held CFO and finance leadership positions at Orica, Smorgon Steel, BHP and Deloitte. His exposure to manufacturing and distribution, along with depth of expertise in M&A, Treasury and Transfer Pricing will provide GALE Pacific with an invaluable skill set as they look to drive global growth in all markets, across all channels.

Damian played a pivotal role in shaping the culture and environment at Vicinity as they were awarded a top 20 spot in Forbes global best places to work.
James brings to the business a history of successful supply chain transformation at large complex listed and private global businesses like Cotton On clothing, Amcor and George Western Foods to name a few. James re-shaped Cotton On’s global supply chain and brought innovation and efficiencies to a fast moving retailer with over 150 regional dispersed stores.
