She has led major transformation programs introducing contemporary technology, removing costs, and driving significant improvements in CX and culture. Fiona is a passionate advocate of agile and whilst not considering herself a technologist, deeply understands the need for executives and boards to be savvy digital adopters. Having worked in senior roles within large organisations, she also understands the tension between responding quickly and corporate governance and brings this unique perspective to search.
Fiona began her career with NAB in their contact centres, where she developed her leadership and delivery skills. It was here that she learned the power of listening to customers and the frontline β we now call it design thinking.
Fiona is results focused and really cares about the outcomes she achieves for her clients and candidates, having a deep personal understanding of what itβs like to hire and be hired. With a focus on engaging the best talent in the market, attention is always given to ensuring better diversity outcomes are also achieved.
Fiona is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). In 2006, she was awarded AFR Young Executive of the Year. When sheβs not working, sheβs riding her horse or cycling, doing Pilates, and spending time with her beautiful kids and friends.
