In August 2021, Kmart engaged Emu to support a major restructure and hire three leaders to head up a newly formed CX, Marketing and Online function at Kmart. The roles would form a leadership team with a mandate to set and deliver the customer strategy for the next 5 years using the latest data, analytics and technology.
