Dom plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our client's leadership capability from 'Head of' to C-Suite roles across the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Industrials sector, working laterally across multiple functional areas including but not limited to Finance, Strategy, HR, Sales and Marketing.
Dom is also our COO, providing operational oversight and support across all aspects of our business, including the delivery of Emu's hiring and people development strategy.
As one of the more 'experienced' members of the Emu team, I'm still motivated by the opportunity that my work gives me to learn something new every day. My inquisitive nature coupled with our agile approach to delivery, has led to some amazing, long standing client relationships.
Prior to founding Emu, Dom worked in leadership roles for various global recruitment firms. From launching Robert Half’s Executive Interim practice in Melbourne, to co-founding Venator Finance & Accounting in 2007 with Ed Michelsberg, later joining forces with Luke to launch Emu.
Dom graduated with a BA (Hons) from the University of Central Lancashire.
When he isn’t lending his subject matter expertise in sarcasm to the team, Dom will inevitably be hanging out with his wife, two sons and friends in the Mornington Peninsula.
