Leadership Expectations

The General Manager, Sales & Customer Service role is critical in leading the business’s sales transformation strategy, embedding a newly revised sales organization, and driving market growth. With responsibility for aligning Stramit’s four distinct brands, this leader must implement a comprehensive sales playbook, enabling data-driven, digitally enabled sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and commercial performance. Additionally, fostering a high-performance sales culture and collaborating closely with marketing and customer experience teams will be essential in strengthening Stramit’s competitive positioning.

Equally pivotal is the General Manager Operations role, tasked with spearheading supply chain transformation across Stramit’s 16 manufacturing sites. This leader must modernise operations by introducing automation and digitisation to enable a low-cost, high-service operating model. Improving production planning through enhanced S&OP disciplines will be fundamental to meeting the company's ambitious delivery and quality targets. The GM Operations will play a key role in fostering a culture of operational excellence, embedding lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring high safety and performance standards. Acting as a strategic partner to the Executive General Manager, this role will help shape Stramit’s long-term operational strategy to support its continued growth.
