Luke started out his professional career in real estate, selling multi-million dollar houses and developments in London. One life changing call from a headhunter was the catalyst for his executive search career to begin. Over the years, he’s mentored students in the RMIT activator in both eCommerce and SaaS, devoting his expertise in Retail, Digital and search to helping other founders thrive.
When Luke isn’t obsessively working on the best outcome for his clients and executive network, he’s spending time with his wife, two children and his energetic Border Collies. Luke loves staying fit, doesn’t mind a surf, is a self-confessed personal development tragic and lives in hope of a St Kilda premiership.
